Final Payment
The final payment is due November 13th, 2025.
If you have to cancel:
Less than 90 days: The deposit is refunded (excl bank fees)
Less than 60 days: 50% is refunded (excl deposit)
Less than 30 days: 25% is refunded (excl deposit)
Make sure you have paid the deposit of $1500.
Alternatively, you pay both Deposit and Final Payment at the same time.
Deposit + Final Payment = Double room occupancy
Deposit + Final Payment + Single room = Single room occupancy (read more on the single room option on how we set this up).
