An unforgettable adventure

All-inclusive?

This workshop is designed to provide you with an unforgettable adventure in the Lofoten Islands.

You essentially have to pack your luggage and fly to Northern Norway. You will then be in the hands of two professional guides who will pick you and the other eager participants up at the airport.

We'll take you to the heart of Lofoten, where we'll spend two nights in the beautiful Reine area. You will essentially be living in a postcard of the Lofoten Islands.

Following our nights in Reine, we will relocate our camp to Hattvika Lodge. This allows us easy access to the Lofoten Islands area that we will photograph over the next few days.

We eat dinner together at both Reine and Hattvika. This meal is included in your stay with us.

The dinner table is an important place for us to connect as a group, and it's obvious that we need to refuel before heading out to photograph the elusive aurora borealis...

This workshop has two guides/instructors and ten participants.

Our Itinerary

Regarding the itinerary

The workshop begins with a transfer from Harstad/Narvik Evenes airport.

You should arrive before or close to 12:00. (noon).

We will then drive to Reine Rorbuer, where we will spend two nights. This journey will be made in two 9-seater vehicles. It will take approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes. In addition, any quick stops.

The first two days will be spent shooting in this picturesque area of the Lofoten Islands. The area is well-known for its sea lodges and jagged peaks rising from the sea.

Hattvika Lodge will be our home for the next five days and nights. We'll have easier access to the rest of the locations we'll be shooting at from here.

Because the weather in the Lofoten Islands can change quickly, we do not plan the locations in any particular order, but rather adapt to the conditions to ensure we get the most out of any scenario we are presented with.

We prioritize capturing the northern lights to ensure that you get the most out of this workshop. The most daring of you will also have the opportunity to photograph the sunrise and the golden hour that follows. As a result, getting up for sunrise will be optional.

Early risers will have the opportunity to catch up on sleep before we gather for a lesson of some kind. We frequently stop for lunch before heading to the sunset/golden hour location.

Following the afternoon shoot, we return to camp for a delicious dinner. We usually take a few moments after dinner to unwind before heading out to photograph the northern lights.

One of the days, we have booked a private rib boat tour. This will be a chance to witness the Lofoten Islands from the ocean.
During this tour we will get to shoot one of the largest birds of prey in Europe, the sea eagle.
